Cylinder
By sustained development for many years, our Regis Cylinder has been grown into the star products in automation industry. Our factory has core competency in these items .From standard to non-standard, from bore size 6mm to bore size 320mm, we can provide so many cylinders as follows: compact cylinder, mini cylinder, square cylinder, needle cylinder, guided cylinder, pen cylinder, rotary cylinder, and air gripper etc. The end covers of the cylinder are casted by high tonnage casting machines. Piston are precisely machined by imported CNC machine, fundamentally solved the problems of traditional pneumatic cylinder, like climbing and quivering. Cylinder Barrel was tested by the method of three points positioning procedure, which guarantee the precise dimensions and stable quality. The seals are from PARKER, to ensure the cylinders work stably and safely. With more than 20 years’ producing experience and advanced technology, Regis will design cylinders according to our customers’ requirements.

Directional Valve
Regis all-new directional valves are available in two-way, three-way configurations in port sizes from M5 to 1/2". Select either a direct-acting poppet or solenoid-controlled pilot operated balanced spool design. Spool valves are body ported but can be bolted to a parallel circuit manifold.
These electronic valves offer high flow in a small package, and are constructed of aluminum, stainless steel and thermoplastic materials. The four-way valves are also available in 3 position versions with either pressure center, closed center or exhaust center spool options.

REGIS Air Treatment units offers the standard Filter, Regulator, and Lubricator (FRLs) and are available in four different sizes: Miniature 1/8", 1/4", Compact 1/4", 3/8", 1/2" , Medium 1/2", 3/4" , and Large 1", 1-1/2" . Our FRLs adopt the modular connection, it maybe used individually or by combination with easy installation. Manual drain, semi-auto drain(water discharged automatically while air turning off) and fully auto drain for yr selection. The precision air regulator has fine flow-pressure function and the hand wheel with self-locking function is fit for any vibration environment. The lubricator utilizes the novel drops control mechanism to fulfill the oil adding with air in.
